ψ AI Graduate Proficiency Situational Judgement · gradSJT v2.0
AI-Enabled Graduate Simulation

Judgement is what
separates graduates now.

As AI takes on more of the task, the question for early-career hires shifts from "can they do the work" to "can they tell when the AI is wrong." This simulation measures that judgement across six capabilities that matter in AI-enabled work.

38 workplace scenarios · about 20–30 minutes · responses are processed in your browser and are not sent anywhere

How it works

Best and worst

1

You'll read 38 short workplace scenarios. Each describes a realistic situation where AI plays a role in a decision.

2

Each scenario has four possible responses. For every one, choose the response you think is the best and the response you think is the worst.

3

There are no trick questions. Answer as you genuinely would, not as you think you should. You can revisit any scenario from the bar at the top.

4

It takes most people 20 to 30 minutes. Find a quiet stretch if you can.
